Terms & Conditions

Please note that these include, amongst others the following:

Conditions
1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Doolicraft Ltd hereafter referred to as the company.
2. Any cancelled orders must have the prior approval of the company and these instructions must be confirmed in writing by post, Fax or e-mail to the company before goods are dispatched.
3. No claim for “non delivery”, “damage” or other errors will be entered into, unless Head Office has been notified in writing as follows:
a. Non delivery of goods - within 10 days of date of invoice.
b. Shortages and damage - within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
c. Any other orders received in error - 7 working days.
Goods must be held pending communication with our Head Office.
4. No returned goods will be accepted without a Returns Number, which should be obtained from our Head Office on 0116 2610111.
5. Returned goods must be sent directly to Doolicraft Ltd at the above address.
6. Where ordered and delivered goods are returned by the customer without authorisation from the Company, and without the Company being at fault, the customer will be liable for a 15% handling surcharge, in addition to any other liabilities to the Company.
7. GOODS ARE NOT SOLD ON A SALE OR RETURN BASIS.
8. ALL PRICES ARE CORRECT AT TIME OF GOING TO PRESS BUT THE COMPANY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Trading Terms
1. VAT will be charged at the current rate at the time of shipment, where applicable.
2. Payment is due by the end of the month following date of invoice, failure to adhere to these terms may result in the account being suspended until payment is received.
3. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in any goods supplied by the Company, or any other provision or our Terms and Conditions of sale, the property in the Goods shall not pass to the customer until the Company has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by the Company to the customer for which payment is then due.
4. Late Payment:  For accounts not settled on the due date in terms of the late payment act, the company (Doolicraft) will charge 8% over prime retropsective back from the first day of owing.  If any debt is handed over for collection, the debtor will bear all legal and collection costs.

Carriage and Handling Charges
1. All orders exceeding £100 trade value (excluding VAT) and shipped to the same delivery address, will be “carriage free”. For all orders under £100 a £6.50 carriage charge     will also be added.
2. Minimum order £50 trade value.
